Post Detox Smoothie

What happens after you complete the 7 Day Detox?

Turn that morning detox shake into a smoothie. Add a low glycemic fruit, greens, a healthy fat and your DNS protein powder* in with your favorite milk alternative and blend it up! This "liquid before lunch" approach is a great way to start your day off on the right track.


This is my Go-To smoothie recipe. Enjoy it as-is or feel free to customize it and make it your own. I have included links to the supplement products I use.


  • 10 oz almond milk (or other milk alternative) + 6 oz water

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado chunks or 1/4 fresh avocado

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 scoop* of @equilibrium_nutrition DNS chocolate powder (all-in-one vitamin, mineral, & protein)

  • 1 scoop @equilibrium_nutrition Healthy Gut Support

  • 1 drop of vitamin D3 high potency liquid.

* 2 scoops of DNS if you are not using the Healthy Gut Support


Delicious, nutritious, and keeps me full till lunch!
