Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸! July 4th is my FAVORITE holiday. I love the fireworks 🎇, the sunshine ☀️, time on the lake with friends and family, but MOST of all it’s my favorite food holiday. I know, it’s a little strange 🤪.

GF Chocolate cupcakes 🧁 (King Arthur Flour mix) with Vanilla frosting (Simple Mills) fancied up with some red, silver & blue decorating sugar
Strawberry 🍓 shortcake 🍰 fresh local Maine strawberries that my friend picked yesterday. I used a GF shortcake from What The Fork Food Blog
Watermelon slices 🍉
