Happy Independence Day đșđž! July 4th is my FAVORITE holiday. I love the fireworks đ, the sunshine âïž, time on the lake with friends and family, but MOST of all itâs my favorite food holiday. I know, itâs a little strange đ€Ș.

GF Chocolate cupcakes đ§ (King Arthur Flour mix) with Vanilla frosting (Simple Mills) fancied up with some red, silver & blue decorating sugar
Strawberry đ shortcake đ° fresh local Maine strawberries that my friend picked yesterday. I used a GF shortcake from What The Fork Food Blog
