Service Description

After our initial consultation, we will work together for 6 months, meeting 2 times a month either in-person or virtually, with interim support as needed (Yes, you can text or call me between sessions with questions!). We will identify your 3-5 biggest challenges and establish a plan that will enable you to realize your gluten free diet and lifestyle goals, and set you up for ongoing success. We will revamp 3-5 of your favorite recipes and look for healthy GF swaps in your current diet. The plan is customized based on individual client needs.
