We will go through your kitchen with my extensive checklist to ensure your kitchen is ready to support you & your family in eating a gluten free diet! Identify unsafe food items from your fridge and pantry and alleviate sources of potential cross contamination. I will help you implement safe preparation techniques when cooking for both gluten eating & GF family members. This service can be booked standalone or as an add on to the 6 month program.
